Description

Aegon Asia is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Partner Support Officer to join our team. As a Business Partner Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our distributors and producers, ensuring accurate records in our system, and handling change of servicing agent requests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to distributors and producers, including onboarding, termination, and maintenance.
  • Ensure accurate records in our system, including policy documents and servicing agent information.
  • Handle change of servicing agent requests and ensure accurate records in our system.
  • Provide support to file maintenance functions, including scanning of policy documents.
  • Support ad hoc projects and provide necessary backup to other customer service functions.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • One or two years of working experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Basic understanding of insurance operations in agency/brokerage support.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
