We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Manager, Global Incorporations, Client Solutions. Reporting to the Head of Client Solutions, Global Incorporations, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Global Incorporations Services and its growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimize client services, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Foster and maintain high-level relationships with premium clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored solutions including provision of full spectrum corporate services for both onshore and offshore entities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of client solutions professionals, overseeing daily operation and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Support on training for colleagues and subordinates particularly on work process, updated legislations/regulations and corporate services know how.
- Work in cross-functional projects to identify opportunities for process improvement in client service delivery and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Compliance and GSC to ensure seamless and cohesive service offering.
- Liaison with overseas offices to observe and maintain efficient statutory filing services for clients.
- Analyze performance metrics, client feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the voice of the client within the organization, ensuring client needs are prioritized and addressed.
- Monitor changes in offshore legislation and regulations; ensure all client interactions and services comply with relevant compliance and regulatory standards.
- Support management on ad hoc assignments.
Key requirements:
- 8 - 10 years of relevant client management or a related role, with a focus on the incorporation or legal services industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law or related field.
- Proven leadership and team management experience at a senior level.
- Exceptional communications, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in implementing process improvements and managing change.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Viewpoint system.
