Sales Manager

The Repulse Bay is seeking a Sales Manager to manage sales activities and events in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to corporates and create revenue-generating opportunities, including but not limited to events and sponsorships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for venue rentals, advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships, while tailoring pitches and proposals for potential sponsors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners by navigating corporate dynamics to connect with key stakeholders.
- Work with the marketing team to execute sponsor commitments and promote our brand using sponsors' platforms.
- Identify business needs and create partnership opportunities to generate sales and cost savings.
- Establish long-term partnerships with key corporate partners to maximize returns.
- Align with management to set priorities and achieve sales targets.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
General Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate partnerships with a proven sales track record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management.
- Independent, proactive, and customer-oriented with a positive mindset.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
