You will be responsible for:
- Supporting Head of Organisation Development (OD) to plan, develop, drive and implement all Organisation Development strategies and projects in relation to organisation capability building, organisational and cultural changes, organisation performance, learning culture cultivation as well as other OD strategic initiatives.
- Liaising, coordinating and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan and implement projects, such as succession planning, competency development, change initiatives, leadership development programme, customized training programme, internship, employee orientation, etc.
- Identifying and creating leadership and talent development programmes with a mix of practical frameworks to build the capability for identified successors and high potential leaders to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed.
- Managing and administering the e-learning platform to enhance the engagement and learning culture.
- Providing support in the process of training needs analysis for identifying, prioritising and developing training curriculum to support the people development strategy.
- Facilitating programmes, workshops and events to support the implementation of the new initiatives.
- Acting as change agent in providing the support and mechanism to implement changes to the operations of the business.
- Participating in the development of staff communication strategies and plans that engage employees to better understand changes during the development and implementation for the new initiatives, policies and procedures.
- Handling the training and development application process, including but not limited to reviewing applications, managing the training records.
- Conducting research and analysis to compile reports for recommendations on design and development of new initiatives.
- Managing documentation and records and maintaining budgets.
- Providing support in the procurement for external services and programmes.
You should:
- Possess a recognised university degree in Organisation Development, Training and Development, Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or related disciplines.
- Possess 8 years of Organisation Development, Learning & Development, and HR related project experience, preferably in a sizable organisation.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurship mindset, proactiveness and commitment in driving new initiatives.
- Demonstrate good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Be pleasant, mature, committed, highly organized, attention to details with good analytical skills, and able to work independently and under pressure.
- Be proficient in computer applications.
- Be proficient in design and communication materials.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
