West Kowloon Cultural District Authority | Insurance Officer

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.
Responsibilities:- Assisting Senior Manager, Insurance to handle insurance related matters including policies renewal, obtaining insurance quotations, internal information gathering, etc. within the Authority.
- Assisting in insurance claims reporting and handling.
- Assisting to review contracts on the insurance requirements in the tender documents.
- Handling internal enquiries related to insurance policies coverage and insurance claims.
- Coordinating with other teams within the department and between departments of the Authority as well as insurance brokers and other external working parties including loss adjusters.
- Assisting in the assigned ad-hoc projects.
- Possess a recognised university degree or equivalent, preferably in Insurance Studies or Business Administration.
- Be familiar with different classes of general insurance.
- Possess professional qualification such as ANZIIF or ACII, or in progress.
- Be well organised with meticulous attention to detail and a highly organised team player.
- Have around 2-3 years of relevant experience in underwriting or claims or sizable insurance intermediary in the general insurance industry.
- Have high proficiency in computer applications in MS Office.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
