The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is seeking a skilled Organisation Development Professional to join its team. As an Organisation Development Professional, you will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of Organisation Development strategies and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Organisation Development (OD) in planning, developing, and implementing Organisation Development strategies and projects.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to plan and implement projects, such as succession planning, competency development, change initiatives, leadership development programs, and customized training programs.
  • Identify and create leadership and talent development programs to build the capability of identified successors and high potential leaders.
  • Manage and administer the e-learning platform to enhance engagement and learning culture.
  • Provide support in training needs analysis for identifying, prioritising, and developing training curriculum to support the people development strategy.
  • Facilitate programs, workshops, and events to support the implementation of new initiatives.
  • Act as a change agent in providing support and mechanisms to implement changes to business operations.
  • Participate in developing staff communication strategies and plans that engage employees to better understand changes during the development and implementation of new initiatives, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle training and development application processes, including reviewing applications and managing training records.
  • Conduct research and analysis to compile reports for recommendations on design and development of new initiatives.
  • Manage documentation and records and maintain budgets.
  • Provide support in procurement for external services and programs.
Requirements:
  • Possess a recognised university degree in Organisation Development, Training and Development, Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or related disciplines.
  • Possess 8 years of Organisation Development, Learning & Development, and HR related project experience, preferably in a sizable organisation.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurship mindset, proactiveness, and commitment in driving new initiatives.
  • Demonstrate good teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be pleasant, mature, committed, highly organized, attention to details with good analytical skills, and able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Be proficient in computer applications.
  • Be proficient in design and communication materials.
  • Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
