APAC Marketing Professional

Jupiter Asset Management Ltd is a leading investment management company with a presence in the UK and Asia. We provide investment services to individual and institutional investors through various channels, including mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and sub-advised funds.
Job OverviewThis role plays a crucial part in our marketing efforts in the Asia Pacific region. As an APAC Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth and expand our brand presence in the region.
Main Responsibilities- Develop Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote Jupiter's core business investment strategies and raise our brand profile among wholesale, institutional, and retail clients in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan.
- Organise Investment Events: Collaborate with the Global Events team to plan and deliver highly engaging investment events (Jupiter proprietary and 3rd party) that support our regional sales/channel objectives. Ensure these events are tracked and integrated within our Salesforce lead generation processes.
- Elevate Client Experience: Evolve and enhance the client experience of Jupiter APAC websites, leveraging digital capabilities throughout the core campaign programme to support Client Group goals. Engage with HQ to effectively drive website traffic to APAC websites.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the regional APAC Sales Team, providing event, logistics, and translation assistance where needed to support key APAC Sales objectives within the Hong Kong office.
- Email Campaigns: Manage email campaigns to ensure timely, appropriate, and accurately targeted communications are sent to clients, tracking and reporting their efficacy to optimise the programme and provide sales leads.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and are delivered within budget.
- Candidate Profile: A minimum of 4 years' experience in marketing within the asset management industry/financial services, with excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different people and departments.
- Languages: Good ability to write and communicate in both English and Mandarin, with additional language Cantonese speaking being an advantage.
- Digital Capabilities: Proficient in technology/workflow systems usage and able to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
