Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, marketing and screening new projects, project management and post-investment monitoring, sector fundamental research and analysis, and keeping abreast with capital markets environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with clients for potential investments;
    • Coordinate with internal and external clients to ensure seamless communication and effective collaboration;
  • Project Screening and Analysis:
    • Market and screen new projects to identify potential investment opportunities;
    • Analyze and evaluate projects based on their financial and operational viability;
  • Project Management and Monitoring:
    • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget;
    • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or challenges that may arise;
  • Sector Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough research and analysis on various sectors, including hard technology, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, new energy, biotech, and ESG-related sectors;
    • Identify trends and opportunities within these sectors, providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders;
  • Capital Markets Environment:
    • Stay up-to-date with market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends;
    • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders on market conditions and their implications;
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, or a related field;
  • Experience:
    • At least 7 years of experience in private equity, credit, investment banking, M&A, consulting, or research;
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Deep exposure to hard technology, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, new energy, biotech, or ESG-related sectors would be an advantage;
    • CFA/CPA qualification preferable;
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, solid financial modeling and valuation skills;
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Proactive and able to multitask;
    • Passionate about contributing to the investment field;
    • Able to work closely with team members and deliver quality work under tight schedules;
    • Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal communication skills.
