Job Title: Financial Analyst - Private Equity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst - Private Equity to join our team at One Paramount Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our investment team, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of private equity funds and assisting in the execution of secondary transactions.

About the Role:

  • Support the team in managing and executing secondary transactions and direct investment opportunities.
  • Develop core investment skills, including financial modeling, asset pricing, valuation, and analysis of various private equity funds.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly Investment Committee meetings to discuss investment strategies and portfolio performance.
  • Upgrade and manage key databases critical for identifying potential sellers of particular private equity partnerships and tracking portfolio company performance.
  • Prepare materials used in internal meetings and external client presentations, showcasing your exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Research trends and competitors in the global private equity market to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience under Investment Banking or Private Equity.
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with Excel and strong financial modeling skills.
  • A self-starter personality with an international mindset and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
  • Analytical skills with a focus on business acumen.
  • The willingness to learn technical skills while coordinating with other teams internally and externally on projects.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle large volumes of work.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills, including personal or professional experience in an English-speaking environment. Familiarity with another Asian language is highly preferred.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
