Private Equity Investment Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Private Equity Associate to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in the technology sector.

Our client is a leading Asia-based technology growth fund with a strong track record of investments in middle market growth opportunities. The firm has a diverse portfolio of investments across software, hardware, and healthcare sectors, and has achieved significant returns through its focus on strategic partnerships and operational excellence.
About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, working closely with senior professionals to source, evaluate, and execute investments in the technology sector. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough research and analysis of investment opportunities, including financial modeling and due diligence
- Maintaining relationships with existing portfolio companies and identifying new business development opportunities
- Supporting the senior investment team in executing investments, including capital raising, M&A, and regional business development activities
- Assisting in investor relations and reporting
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Strong academic credentials and a good understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in private equity or a related field, preferably with a PE fund, investment bank, or consulting firm
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive salary package, estimated at SGD $120,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
