Responsibilities:
- Provide quality and professional customer services to clients including order placing and IPOs processing.
- Handle clients' enquiries regarding settlement matters and product procedures.
- Respond to clients' enquiries on different types of products.
- Order placing for clients and sales using online systems.
- Provide proper administrative support in the aspects of transaction execution and filing.
- Organize training and education sessions for RMs.
- Check and follow up documentations in relation to KYC and Suitability Assessment.
- Compile, analyze, and report sales data.
Requirements:
- F.7/ HKDSE or above.
- Relevant experience in financial brokerage is preferred.
- Potential holder of SFC Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and Type 2 (Dealing in Futures Contracts) licenses.
- Willing to learn, service-oriented, and results-driven.
- Good communication skills and must be PC literate, including Chinese typing.
- Sensitive to numbers.
- Good knowledge of local stocks and futures is definitely an advantage.
- Well-versed in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
