  • Provide quality and professional customer services to clients including order placing and IPOs processing.
  • Handle clients' enquiries regarding settlement matters and product procedures.
  • Respond to clients' enquiries on different types of products.
  • Order placing for clients and sales using online systems.
  • Provide proper administrative support in the aspects of transaction execution and filing.
  • Organize training and education sessions for RMs.
  • Check and follow up documentations in relation to KYC and Suitability Assessment.
  • Compile, analyze, and report sales data.

Requirements:

  • F.7/ HKDSE or above.
  • Relevant experience in financial brokerage is preferred.
  • Potential holder of SFC Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and Type 2 (Dealing in Futures Contracts) licenses.
  • Willing to learn, service-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Good communication skills and must be PC literate, including Chinese typing.
  • Sensitive to numbers.
  • Good knowledge of local stocks and futures is definitely an advantage.
  • Well-versed in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
