Role Description (Shanghai-based)
Due to exponential growth, CTC Shanghai is hiring
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager (KAM) based at CTC Shanghai. The KAM, reporting directly to the Sales Director Asia, will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a day-to-day basis. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Strong business acumen and effective communication abilities
- Experience in account management
- Knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (company structure embedded with Greater China and Vietnam teams)
- Ability to manage own team of coordinators and customer service officers (CSOs)
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
