Rewards, Compensation and Benefits Manager, Leading Healthcare Service Provider

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will handle and coordinate all aspects of the Rewards / C&B operations, including salary calculation, payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and administration of employee rewards programs, etc.; You will conduct job evaluations, compensation surveys, and salary benchmarking to ensure the company's compensation packages are competitive and equitable; You will administer employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, dental coverage, retirement plans, and other perks, to ensure they meet the needs of employees and fall within budget; You will serve as a subject matter expert on compensation and benefits, providing guidance and support to employees and managers as needed; You will collaborate with the Head of HR to develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits and ensure the compliance with relevant labor regulations and employment ordinances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in the healthcare service sector;
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong labor regulations and employment ordinances;
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Excel and other tools;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams;
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification is preferred.
