Compensation & Benefits (Assistant Manager/Manager) - SC

Client Description

Our client has over 70 years in business, being one of the largest garment operations in the world. They are now urgently seeking a Compensation & Benefits Assistant Manager / Manager to join their expanding team.

Job Description

  • Support various regional C&B programs, including HRIS implementation, annual compensation review, salary survey, job evaluation, and staff cost budget.
  • Manage expatriate remuneration packages including package formulation for international assignments, localization proposals, and calculation of income tax withholding.
  • Provide guidance to country HRs on international assignments and up-to-date C&B practices.
  • Consolidate and prepare HR dashboard.
  • Support any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • 6-8 years of solid experience in compensation & benefits, preferably with regional experience gained in multi-national companies.
  • Experience in top-tier HCM systems is a plus, e.g., Workday, SAP, and PeopleSoft.
  • Highly competent in MS Excel functions and formulas for data analysis & reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
  • A good team player, able to work well both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and able to explain complex ideas in a clear manner.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
