Head of Sales

Role:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets and enhance client engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research and attend trade shows to identify client needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
- Design and participate in seminars and webinars.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in the financial industry with at least 3 years of experience in FX or Bullion as well as team management experience.
- SFC Type 3 license holder preferred.
- Strong understanding of FX products, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
