Your new company
Our business partner is a well established banking group that is seeking for SVP - Sales - Transaction Banking to support their existing wholesale banking portfolio.
Your new role
As an experiences sales within transaction banking team, you will be responsible to:
- Collaborate with paired Relationship Managers in the coverage team to develop structured calling programs targeting strategic relationships with Transaction Banking opportunities to understand customer needs.
- Design TB solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring a sustainable revenue stream.
- Propose new solutions, repackage existing ones, or solicit additional transactions based on customers' TB requirements, prioritising automation-focused products before customisation.
- Manage pipelines effectively to convert opportunities into won deals according to the agreed conversion rate.
- Respond promptly to Request-for-Proposals with the objective of winning the deal.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to excel in this position, you will have at least 8 years of relevant experience in sales across transaction banking, coupled with relevant knowledge in trade finance and cash management. You will have a tertiary degree and proficiency in both English and Chinese.
