Senior Vice President, Cash Sales, Transaction Banking

About the Role
The Senior Vice President, Cash Sales, Transaction Banking will be accountable for delivering against all financials & business targets set for TB-Cash Sales. This includes structuring & selling cash management solutions to existing and prospect Transaction Banking clients for CBK & STCF clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop client account plans to deepen customers cash wallet shares and drive customers to use UOB as their core cash management banks.
- Respond to request for proposal and presentations, promoting our electronic channel capabilities by driving customer into our electronic channels.
- Support new product launch by active promotion of our capabilities and develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Maximize business and revenue opportunities by product bundlings and coordinate with internal resources to ensure client's requirements are addressed or met to close Cash Mandates.
- SOURCE and maintain local/regional market and industry information, competitor product offering, pricing, network and activities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of cash sales experience, especially to large local Corporate and Chinese private owned enterprises.
- Implementation experience for cash management deals or solution will be a plus.
- A highly-motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal, sales and people management skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Effective influencing and networking skills.
- Certified ECF qualification is preferred.
