Senior Vice President, Cash Sales, Transaction Banking Leader

About the Role
The Senior Vice President, Cash Sales, Transaction Banking will be responsible for delivering against all financial and business targets set for TB-Cash Sales. This includes structuring and selling cash management solutions to existing and prospect Transaction Banking clients for CBK and STCF clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute client account plans to deepen customers' cash wallet shares and drive customers to use UOB as their core cash management bank.
- Respond to requests for proposal and presentations, and promote electronic channel capabilities by driving customer utilization of Infinity.
- Support new product launches by actively promoting UOB's capabilities and develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Maximize business and revenue opportunities by product bundling and coordinate with internal resources to ensure client requirements are addressed or met to close Cash Mandates.
- SOURCE and maintain local/regional market and industry information, competitor product offering, pricing, network, and activities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of cash sales experience, especially to large local Corporate and Chinese private-owned enterprises.
- Implementation experience for cash management deals or solutions will be a plus.
- A highly-motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal, sales, and people management skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with good spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Effective influencing and networking skills.
- Certified ECF qualification is preferred.
