Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Banking Vice President to join our team at ALL-STAR AGENCY. This role will involve providing credit structuring and solutions advisory for frontline corporate banking business, covering large corporates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach a team of relationship managers and be responsible for the credit review, credit analysis, and strengthening internal bank processes and standards.
  • Perform industry analysis and benchmarking for corporate lending purposes.
  • Support the Corporate Banking Department Head and Business Units on the review of Corporate Banking department's credit application, rating application, financial analysis, cash flow modelling, and to help answer subsequent enquiries from Credit Approval department.
  • Be able to identify risk and recommend risk mitigation for transactions.
  • Coach RMs on department process and oversee workflow to facilitate smoother efficiency.
  • Address credit-related matters, including review of latest financials of obligors upon receipt of financial statements, long-term loan review, compliance of credit approval conditions with bank policy and instructions.
  • Oversee documentation matters of existing and new transactions after credit approval.
  • Continuously review existing credit commitments to identify potential credit problems and recommend appropriate action when needed.
  • Improve and strengthen bank culture.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in corporate lending, credit analysis, and credit management for reputable corporate banks, including financial analysis and cash flow projection for large corporate customers.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese required.
  • Product knowledge in bilateral/syndicated loan facility, trade finance, and derivative products; and structured facilities is an advantage.
  • Experience in covering different types of large corporate customers and blue-chip corporates is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's Degree; Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, FRM are desirable.
  • Good writing and communication/presentation/excel and powerpoint skills in English.
