Fubon Bank is seeking an experienced Executive Vice President to lead our Corporate Banking team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of institutional relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of institutional relationships to achieve performance targets within the bank's policies, guidelines, and risk appetite.
  • Establish new business opportunities by soliciting prospective corporate customers through own connections and networks.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with corporate clients by providing professional financial solutions and advice.
  • Structure and manage credit facilities, maintain quality lending, and prepare credit proposals to drive cross-selling of the bank's products and services.
  • Ensure all transactions are in compliance with the bank's guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested by senior management.

Requirements:

  • University degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years or above working experience in Corporate Banking sector.
  • Well-versed in relevant policies and procedures of the bank as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Good PC knowledge.
