Job Title: Vice President, Treasury Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Treasury Sales to join our team at Natixis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation across our treasury products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and communications, ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Sales Support: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Treasury-Specific Tasks: Develop and maintain relationships with targeted customers and business lines, and provide expert knowledge on treasury products and services.
  • Business Coordination: Facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork related to financial transactions and client accounts, and manage the distribution of internal and external communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination, business development, or a similar role within a financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury services and products, including cash management, FX swaps, and repo transactions.
  • Deep understanding of the collateral landscape, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
