We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Transaction Banking team at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and management of Cash Management products, driving business growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies, product pricing, and sales/marketing plans to increase market share of Cash Management products.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to propose tailor-made solutions for tenders and facilitate regional development and management of Cash Management.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct regular product reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with other product teams and marketing managers to establish efficient marketing platforms and drive sales growth.
  • Work with various departments to establish control measures, clear guidelines, and business performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and seamless implementation processes and build strong relationships with clients in the public sector, banks, and non-bank financial institutions.
  • Provide sales support and facilitate clients' customized requirements.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in product development and management, preferably in Cash Management and/or Cash Pooling.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting and financial analysis.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Product Manager role.
