Talent Acquisition Manager (Financial services)
Partnering with a well stablished financial organization with a stable track record, we are looking for a detail oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join their team.

Reporting to the function lead, you will join a substantial Talent Acquisition team and oversee 1-2 team members. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating closely with the business to offer expert guidance on recruitment requirements, handling the entire recruitment process from sourcing to finalizing offers. Keeping abreast of market trends is essential, necessitating active networking and engagement with potential candidates. Additionally, you will be tasked with overseeing monthly reporting, budgeting, and headcount forecasting to refine recruitment tactics and utilize resources effectively. Adhoc projects will be assigned as needed.
Other key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units and functional departments to deliver strategic recruitment solutions, ensuring that the organization's talent acquisition initiatives enhance visibility and yield top-tier hires.
- Craft and implement creative talent acquisition strategies that align with industry trends and corporate expansion goals to attract top-tier talents
- Analyse recruitment metrics including headcount, HR, and talent acquisition data to create insightful reports for management, aiding strategic decision-making and planning.+
- Consistently assess, refine, and implement sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding policies, procedures, and processes to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirement:
- Degree qualification or above in Human resources or related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition professional, preferably gained within fast paced financial services organization. More experienced candidates will be considered for Senior Manager.
- Agile, fast-paced and independent HR leader with strong initiative and good will to contribute to achieve company objectives
- Assertive, logical and structural thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong business-acumen with proven ability in managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Effectively navigates sensitive conversations and situations with diplomacy and tact.
- English and Chinese languages fluency is a must.
