Key responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement creative talent acquisition strategies that align with industry trends and corporate expansion goals to attract top-tier talents
  • Analyze recruitment metrics including headcount, HR, and talent acquisition data to create insightful reports for management, aiding strategic decision-making and planning.
  • Consistently assess, refine, and implement sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding policies, procedures, and processes to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
**Requirements: **
  • Degree qualification or above in Human Resources or related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition professional, preferably gained within fast-paced financial services organizations.
  • Agile, fast-paced, and independent HR leader with strong initiative and good will to contribute to achieving company objectives.
  • Assertive, logical, and structural thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability in managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Effectively navigate sensitive conversations and situations with diplomacy and tact.
  • English and Chinese language fluency is a must.
The estimated salary range for this position is HKD 60,000 - 80,000 per month, depending on experience.
