Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, including job posting, interviews and assessments, as well as negotiating offers. He/She will work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, interview and assessment, and offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to drive effective recruitment strategies
  • Participate in talent acquisition projects such as employer branding, campus recruitment, career talks, and internship programs
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience in the Financial Services industry, with a preference for early careers hiring
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • A positive mindset towards change, open to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
About Our Offer

We offer a competitive salary range between HKD $40,000 to HKD $60,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. This position also comes with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
