Major Responsibilities:

  • Providing efficient and quality customer services, including handling enquiries and complaints via counter services, phone calls, emails, and correspondences.
  • Assisting in the development, implementation, and promotion of the facilities and services of the Board.
  • Providing support to clients and members of the public on the usage of the Board's computer systems and applications.
  • Assisting in the review and enhancement of facilities and services of the Board.
  • Providing administrative and operational support as assigned.
  • Taking up ad-hoc assignments.
  • Required to wear uniforms.
  • Working hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; 3 rest days in 2 weeks (on shift).

Benefits:

Monthly salary up to 35,080 (subject to work experience and qualifications); contract-end gratuity; 14-18 days of annual leave; medical insurance for staff and dependents; and training subsidy.
