Responsibilities:- Develop Oracle Cloud Platform (PaaS & IaaS) and Cloud Database sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Contribute to product success by building opportunity pipeline, qualifying prospects and closing business.
- Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, planning, contract negotiation and post closure customer support.
- Revise the account strategy and plan to meet continuously changing business needs of customers. Formulate a clear business plan to drive goal attainment in assigned territory.
- Ability to operate at senior levels within prospects, customers and partners to develop a joint vision and value proposition for Oracle Cloud Platform and Cloud Database to the assigned territory.
- Build relationships at C level as appropriate to trusted advisor level and be able to sell Oracle's capabilities in a business context.
- 8+ years relevant sales experience with enterprise, commercials, etc.
- Successful sales track record in selling IT software, technology or cloud solutions.
- Innovative and results-driven with an agility to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
- Has the ability to interact with C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Good Presentation skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or technical discipline is preferred.
