We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sales Manager - GBFIG.

Principal Responsibilities

Supporting the Head of FIG Sales, Asia Pacific to engage senior management in leading the development and implementation of business development strategies and initiatives focused on driving growth and business performance as well as enhancing GPS product capabilities Work in close partnership with the wider Global Payments Solutions Segment Sales Leads to identify and execute strategic business initiatives defined globally and regionally and promote active tracking and progress Collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups including but not limited to, client management, cross-region sales & business development, business management, other functional partners and coverage to ensure effective deployment of initiatives and an effective level of support to the front line sales team Identifying sales effectiveness and overall business productivity through the effective use of business analytics, and information tools as well as process simplification Supporting the design and implementation of the people agenda across the region as well as initiatives focused on managing conduct and promoting the highest cultural standards to support the Group’s strategy for sustainable growth and streamlining of business processes and procedures Work in close partnership wider sales governance and sales practice teams to identify and develop business policies, support audit, internal control processes and analysis Enable business development through designing and curating engagements along with marketing, events, communications, product and SPM Requirements Proven relationship management skills in dealing with key decision makers, with the confidence to interact with executive & senior management Drive and commitment; ability to work and thrive in a fast changing, results driven environment; and proven ability in handling competing priorities A self-starter who is not afraid to speak up and face a challenge; with keen problem solving abilities Strong understand of the GPS strategy, commercially minded and customer focus Strong influencing, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution abilities Excellent communication (written & verbal), planning and organisation skills Highly motivated and achievement driven with an ability to formulate sales strategies Ability to support driving through, the execution of key initiatives in a collective environment and in a timely manner University graduate with relevant experience in cash management or banking relationship management. Proven experience in managing complex corporate relationships in client facing roles and in driving revenue growth, demonstrating an understanding of risk management, structures, products and processes Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills across regions & functions
