About this role: Our client is a MNC EMS manufacturer, has own factories in mainland China and Thailand. They now have a replacement position for the retirement, ideally with rich EMS-related sales experience and management skills. 80% of the sales are directed to the U.S. market, therefore you must be fluent in English This is a performance-based corporate culture company, rewarding those who achieve their goals with an annual overseas trip. Position: Sales Manager
Location: Kowloon Bay
Job Description:
- Manage EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Service) sales, including developing and executing sales plans to achieve targets, understanding client needs and providing customized solutions
- Develop and implement sales strategies for new customers and manage existing cooperation to customers
- Travel to regions including China, Europe, Southeast Asia etc.
- Handle clients in difficult industries from European and U.S. companies, as well as their subcontractors (Chinese companies)
- Organize and address quality and technology issues in factories
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (Both oral and written) ; Japanese is an advantage
- Ability to manage quality and technology issues beyond just sales
- Strong leadership skills
- 10 years or above as a EMS sales
- 5 years or above as a management role
