Sales Executive II, Key Account Management, Hong Kong

Join our dynamic sales team at RS as an experienced and ambitious Field Sales Representative You will be responsible for maximizing sales within your assigned territory, becoming the go-to person for customers' purchasing and service needs. Your key focus will be building strong relationships with a specific group of customers, understanding their current and future requirements, and driving significant sales growth.
What you will be doing in this role...
Provide solutions to meet customer needs by the implementation of relevant and cost-effective value added services;
Partner with Internal Sales closely to identify and build up clients’ needs and strategy to achieve company goals in responsible field;
Maintain and further grow exiting customers, while developing new markets to expand business mainly via off line, such as frequent customer visit per company requirement, or organize customer onsite Roadshow and/or In-House Seminar for contacts expansion and cross-selling, especially for RS Pro brand and/or Anchor Supplier Brands;
Maintain accurate customer records in ERPs, and can well leverage company database as one of the key channels to main and manage sales;
Work closely with Internal Sales & Technical Support to develop specific accounts, quotation and fulfil orders;
Work with Customer Service to provide excellent customer service experience, and to raise customer satisfaction rate (NPS);
What we're looking for
Experienced sales experience in MRO or Electronics industry with vision on industry development;
Experience of Account Management and proven track record in Sales, preferably in a technical environment.
Result driven, target-oriented, diligent with self-motivated with focus on profit margin
Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills.
Commercial awareness with good analytical skills, particularly around cost of acquisition / profitability and procurement trends
Customer oriented and a good team player
Self-motivated with an ability to work independently in a remote areas and able work on own initiative
IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiar with software tool like ERP (CRM, SAP), etc.;
Accept frequent travel and work under pressure;
