Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team at JustOneGalaxy Recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and sales, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue in various industries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Utilize your expertise to identify potential clients and decision-makers, ensuring a robust pipeline for new business opportunities.
- Develop and Present Value-Added Proposals: Collaborate with our teams to create innovative proposals based on client needs and RFQ documents, showcasing our capabilities and expertise.
- Develop and Implement Business Strategies: Strategically develop and implement plans to drive business growth and expand our presence in various industries.
- Maintain Strong Relationships with Potential Customers: Foster and maintain relationships with potential customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Closing Deals and Contract Negotiations: Effectively close deals with customers and lead contract negotiations.
- Sales Strategy and Business Plan Implementation: Support and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue growth in line with regional and corporate objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business development and sales from various industries.
- Demonstrated success in developing large-scale business projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong networking capabilities.
- Strong command of verbal and written English and Mandarin, including proficiency in both languages.
