    You will establish and maintain long-term relationships with top clients, addressing their technical needs and providing personalized support.

    You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities to enhance their payment experiences, and ensure seamless integration with our products.

  • Technical Support

    With your expertise, you will provide timely and effective technical assistance to clients, resolving complex issues and minimizing disruptions to their payment infrastructure.

  • Project Management

    You will oversee the implementation of new payment solutions and technical migrations for clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes within agreed timelines and specifications.

    You will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, gathering valuable insights and feedback to inform product development and stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

  • Experience and Education

    ">

    A minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical or technical role, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Economics, Statistics).

  • Familiarity with Payments Industry Regulations and Technical Frameworks

    ">

    A solid understanding of Payments industry regulations and technical frameworks (3DS, SCA, AVS, MIT) and API-based integration methods and related tools/frameworks.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
