Enterprise Customer Success Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Customer Success Lead to join our team. As an Enterprise Customer Success Lead, you will be responsible for leading customer-facing initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple projects.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer success plans that align with business objectives. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer-facing initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, including IT executives and business leaders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, marketing, communications).
- 3-6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales.
- Proven track record of success in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
