About Treasury Operations at Hazeltree

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead client onboarding and success initiatives, leveraging their expertise in project management, relationship management, and financial services. As the primary point of contact for new clients, you will guide them through the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring a seamless transition to Hazeltree's cutting-edge treasury management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding: Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding strategies, ensuring timely and successful integration of Hazeltree's treasury solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring delivery of high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Development, Engineering, and Client Services teams to enhance our solutions and advocate for client needs.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at hedge funds and private market firms, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, expanding Hazeltree's footprint within existing accounts.

Qualifications & Requirements

Technical & Industry Knowledge:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, client onboarding, or account management, ideally within financial services, fintech, or SaaS solutions.
  • Expert-level understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and treasury operations.
  • Familiarity with hedge funds, private equity, and alternative investments is highly preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex client needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and achieving shared goals.
