The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize requests and lead meetings with representatives from each business line
  • Help clients understand our KYC requirements and provide additional rationale
  • Ensure relevance, quality, and accuracy of client description and categorization attributes
  • Manage KYC files and client records in information systems
  • Use strong communication skills to onboard new clients and ensure completion of KYC files in line with policy and procedure
  • Work closely with outsourcing partners to set priorities and manage communication and updates between stakeholders

Key Accountabilities/Principal Responsibilities:

  • Collect documentation from clients and provide guidance and support
  • Set regular meetings with key clients for follow-up
  • Manage business priorities while providing transparency and visibility
  • Lead performance meetings with internal onboarding stakeholders and business
