About the Role:

This specialist will be responsible for overseeing the entire end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with various teams to manage employee contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Serving as the main point of contact for onboarding inquiries, working closely with the HR Business Partner, HR Operations, Benefits, and Compensation teams as needed
  • Initiating background checks and managing visa transfers when required
  • Maintaining regular status updates for key stakeholders
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth first-day onboarding experience
  • Providing support for ad hoc projects and requests to enhance onboarding processes

Requirements:

Candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, with a strong academic track record
  • At least 5 years of professional HR work experience; preferably within financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • The capacity to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing circumstances
