Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Millennium. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with Legal to generate complex offer letters for Trading hires.

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will also act as a point of contact for onboarding inquiries, working closely with the HR Business Partner, HR Operations, Benefits, and Compensation teams as needed.

  • Partner with Legal to create offer letters that meet the needs of our Trading hires
  • Manage onboarding inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Coordinate background checks and visa transfers as required
  • Track candidate progress through the pre-hire process and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
  • Support consultant approvals and onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare first-day onboarding materials
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a strong academic record
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in HR, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
