Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in establishing suitable cross-border enterprise structures based on their needs and actual business situation.
  • Collaborate with law firms, accounting firms, and tax consultants to design and implement enterprise structure construction plans.
  • Manage daily interactions with business suppliers to ensure timely service delivery and stay updated on industry developments and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to communicate with clients, design and display enterprise architecture consulting services, and related solutions.
  • Conduct professional training sessions for the marketing team on relevant topics.
  • Design related business processes, product specifications, and other documents as required.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of years of experience in cross-border restructuring in a law firm, accounting firm, investment bank, or consulting firm.
  • Solid understanding of company law, foreign exchange management regulations, enterprise tax law, and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Rich experience in cooperating with various relevant institutions and possessing a corresponding network and resources.
  • Certain experience in managing enterprise architecture reengineering projects.
  • Strong communication, multi-task management, coordination, and organization skills.
  • Preference given to candidates holding CPA, lawyer, or CTA certifications.
