We are seeking an ambitious Enterprise Client Success Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Technical Account Management (TAM) team, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients in the Crypto and iGaming space, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to optimize clients' payment solutions and upsell efforts.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients in the Crypto and iGaming space.
  • Understand clients' business needs and goals, and identify opportunities to optimize their payment solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing their technical inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Lead and coordinate the addition of new payment solutions and technical migrations for clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and specifications.
  • Act as a conduit between clients and internal teams, gathering customer feedback and providing client-derived insights to enable continuous improvement of our product roadmap.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the payments landscape, sharing relevant insights with clients to help them navigate the evolving landscape.
