About the Role:

PERSOLKELLY is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our team and support the sales team in enhancing client relationships and driving business growth.

Job Summary:

The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for collaborating with travel agents, managing group quotations, developing relationships with trade and corporate partners, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with travel agents to understand their needs and provide customized itineraries.
  • Manage end-to-end group quotations in accordance with company policies and systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with trade and corporate partners to foster profitable growth.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Travel as required to achieve sales goals and establish partnerships.
  • Liaise with Operations on group arrangements and confirmations.
  • Stay informed about market trends, product offerings, and competitive insights to inform business strategies.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities with potential agents.
  • Gather feedback from agents regarding services and address any complaints as necessary.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in sales or service support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Proactive in finding resources and solutions to achieve success.
  • Highly motivated with a passion for building relationships.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
