Job Description
As a Key Account Strategy Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing robust Go-To-Market strategies for Haleon brands. You will work closely with customers to deliver sustainable sales and profits growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate sales strategies to achieve the annual sales plan, drive sales volume and gross to net targets.
- Develop E-commerce and Japanese Department Stores Go-To-Market strategies by customer and category, maximize business ROI.
- Drive channel profitability, formulate strategies to maximize business and profit opportunities.
- Maintain good customer partnerships, implement best-in-class category management principles.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of the channel vision and strategy, drive execution excellence.
- Ensure KPIs are properly coordinated and executed, ongoing review of performance for improvement.
- Build an accurate forecast for customers based on growth opportunities and promotions.
- Establish effective collaboration across functions to deliver business objectives.
- Work with the merchandising team to ensure visibility and availability in stores, execute displays and merchandising with speed and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years' sales experience in Key Account Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Fluency in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
