About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Strategy Lead to join our team at Unilever. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving customer-centric strategies that deliver business growth and meet brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account-specific customer marketing plans to achieve category and brand goals in alignment with our Integrated Business Marketing Plan (IBMP).
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure seamless execution of in-store activations and delivery of IBMP objectives.
  • Work with Brand Managers to develop and implement activation plans that drive business results.
  • Manage total trade investments across customers and channels.
  • Consolidate field plans, incorporating customer insights and input into our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to Brand standards and DNA across all channels.
  • Lead the execution of plans and activities, including customized offerings and promotions.
  • Analyze the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities executed with customers.
  • Partner with Supply Chain to ensure stock supply supports promotion plans.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in any discipline, preferably in a business or marketing field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant Customer Marketing experience.
  • Customer-facing experience combined with brand-building expertise is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken). Fluency in both languages is essential for effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • A strong analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
