Job Summary

The Key Account Director will be responsible for managing and growing existing relationships with key public sector clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the public sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and industry research
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of competitors
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of quota-carrying IT sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on the public sector in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Proven track record in selling enterprise software, cloud-based security solutions, modern application technologies, and cloud networking products
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging a team sales approach and multi-stakeholder coverage model
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese
  • Established relationships with public sector IT management executives
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strong time management, pipeline development, and forecasting capabilities
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of HKD 1,200,000 - 1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
