About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced sales professional to join the ConnectedGroup team as an Account Manager. As a trusted advisor to clients, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth, cultivating long-term relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and strengthen relationships with existing merchants.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the merchant experience and resolve any concerns or challenges.
  • Negotiate business agreements and manage contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales/account management, preferably in the payment/financial industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with experience in data analysis preferred.
