Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive sales and expand our presence in the market.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a solid understanding of sales, marketing, and business development principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and increase revenue.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving annual sales targets through effective sales and business development strategies.
  • Identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, kitchen consultants, developers, and project management companies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Developing and executing plans to educate dealers on the Quooker offering, product portfolio, and display, ensuring regular training sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills.
  • 3-4 years' prior industry-related business development experience.
  • Experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the kitchen or home furnishings industry.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
