Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of all food production according to recipes and standards.
- Minimize waste and optimize food costs by utilizing all available resources.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of raw and cooked materials to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Report any maintenance issues to the outlet Chef and ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all relevant health and safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment.
- Good command of Cantonese and English languages.
- Basic knowledge of food quality control and production.
