Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing B2B marketing strategies to drive sales growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Growth Strategy: Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
  2. Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to develop and implement effective sales approaches.
  3. Customer Insights: Gather customer insights to inform marketing strategies and improve customer communications.
  4. Program Evaluation: Monitor and analyze program results to optimize marketing efforts.
  5. Communication Improvement: Continuously gather customer feedback to improve marketing communications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years' relevant B2B marketing experience, preferably in telecommunications or IT.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative, positive-thinking, good business sense, analytical abilities, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
