We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead our new product development process and drive business growth through effective go-to-market strategies.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement new product development processes to drive business growth and revenue increase.
  2. Prepare comprehensive go-to-market and implementation plans for new products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators.
  3. Liaise with business partners and manage solution vendors to deliver end-to-end service delivery, encompassing provisioning, customer service, and billing.
  4. Conduct thorough product reviews and suggest actionable plans for ongoing product development, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
  5. Provide expert technical consultancy to sales and marketing teams to develop customized solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Manage special projects for acquiring strategic customers, driving business expansion and growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management and development, preferably in the telecommunication industry.
  • Proven working experience in Service Provider/System Integration business is advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of telecommunication and networking technology is crucial.
  • Exceptional project coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly driven, meticulous, and results-focused individual.
  • A team player with excellent leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
