Job Summary

We are currently seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Tele Claims Manager/Senior Officer/Officer (6 months Contractor). The role holder is accountable for ensuring the Insurance business service targets exceed business partner and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Deliver initiatives and projects as per confirmed requirements, agreed timelines, and approved budgets.
  • Accountable for ensuring Insurance service targets exceed business partner and customer expectations, with overall responsibility for continuous quality improvement and streamlining of Insurance business services.
  • Drive and govern Insurance business compliance with global quality policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures, with the objective of improving quality while increasing cost-effectiveness and excellent levels of risk management.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' customer services/facing role on claims experience in individual life and medical insurance industry.
  • Life and medical claims experience will be added as an advantage.
  • Nursing experience will be added as an advantage.
  • Good command of written/spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills with customer centricity.
  • Independent, self-motivated, well-organized, and good team player.
  • Good computer skills, proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Candidate with IIQE license would be preferred. IIQE license can be obtained after onboarding.
