We are in search of a highly skilled Claims Manager who is dedicated to providing exceptional value, with proven experience in navigating intricate issues and compliance matters. This role will involve supporting IFP Claims and enhancing the overall customer experience. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

· Experience in life insurance claims is a plus

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Chinese word processing

· Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal skills

Responsibilities

· Oversee various initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

· Analyze business challenges and devise solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation

· Evaluate a range of claims for individual products, managing complex claims and appeals to ensure timely resolutions

· Conduct internal training sessions for claims adjudicators on topics such as appeal processes, effective communication with clients, and compliance standards

· Generate claims management reports and maintain statistical data

· Review and revise claims policies and procedures as necessary

· Undertake special projects or assignments as required
